Mr. Welsch not�d <br />that administra�ive sta�'� was cuz-�ently compzling Requests for <br />Proposa�s (RFP's} to assi�t the City Councii in determining how <br />best to accomplish their internal goal se�ting process. Mr. Welsch <br />no�ed tha� the Planning Commission and stafi had envisioned a <br />�our manth interna� visioning process, then moving into the <br />Connprehen�ive Planning process, to make the entire process more <br />cohesive. <br />Counc�lmember Pust suggested that the f rst siep be a j oint <br />meeting of the Planning Commission and City Council to <br />d��ermine what should be on the agenda; and concurred with sta£�, <br />from her �'o�ner servzce on the City's P�anning Commission, that <br />Commissioners were always respeeiiul o�' the City Councii's <br />authority and governance and their own role in the proc�ss. <br />Councilmembe� Pust acknowledged �h� Planning Commission's <br />expertise r�garding land use issues; and recogn'rzed <br />
