CITY OF ROSEVILLE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT TT�TS IS AN AGREEMENT enterec� into the _ day of February, 2006 by and between the City of Roseville, Mir�nesota, hereinafter re�e�red to as the City, and Barsness Consulting Services, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State o� Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the Consul�ant. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City desires to hire the Cansultant #o �aaanag� e�i__stin� �ts and loans assaciated with the Twin Lakes Phase T, stage 1 redevelopment program as listed below: A. Departrnent of Trade and Econornic Develapment Contamination Clean up Grant iz� the amaunt of $13. B. Metropolitan Ca�ncil Tax Base Revitalization Grant in the amount of $692,000. C. Ramsey Co�anty Environmenial Response Fund low interest loan in the amaunt of $650,000. NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: �cone of Services. The Consultant shalt perform n�c�ssary and requested services regarding the managernent of approved graz�is as�d loans for the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Project Phase I, stage 1 in 2a0b as outlined in Attackrnent A of this agreezxaent and su�marized as fallo�vs; D. Facilitation and review of all req�ired agency contracts. E. Preparation and facilitation of requests for council action reports. F. Monitoring and review of invoices for work to ensure that they are eligible expenses under each age�cy agreement G. Review and recammendation of reimbursement af funds from each agency and recommendation to t�e City regarding reimbursement to the redeveloper. H. Preparation nf required reports for each agency I. Other duties required to faciiitate successful impletnentation of approved �rants and loans associated with the project. IL Terna. This agreem�nt shall be effective upon the approval ofthe City Cou�cil and exeeution by the Mayar and City Ma�ager and continue far one calendar year or until t�rminated
