Mayor Klausing took offense at Mr. Kysylyczyn's inf�rences that the Council was "targeting" sp�cific nationalities and, fo�- the record, emphatically denied and dissuaded Mr. Kysylyczyn's attempted intent io create such a perception. Further comment by Mr. Kysylyczyn included Truth in Housing parovisions; and questioned the educational and training requirements far staif charged with the respansibility foar enforcing the code and issuing adminisfirative warrants. Recess Recess Mayar Klausing recessed the meeting at 8:45 p.m. and reconvened ai 8:52 p.m. 4�i�inal Motion as Amended Maschka moved, Pust seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1332 entitled, "An Ordinance Relating to Property Maintenance; Amending the Code o� Ordinances of the Cliy O� ROS�VIII�' by Adopting Within Title 9, Section 90b, the Internaiional Property Nlaintenance Code (IPMC), 2003 Edition and Amendments Thereto;" anci as further amended a� tonigh�'s meeting and as outlined in previous Council action. Cauncilmember �h�an spoke in opposition to the motion, expressed her concern that adoption of the IPMC was too broad, inereased property owner responsibility and went further than necessary. Councilmember Ihlan again expressed her prefexence for the �horeview Property Maintenance Code; and noted that �he IPMC didn't address parking reguiatio�as that were a continuing problem in Roseville.
