Councilmember Pust noted that citizens would <br />make it known to individual Councilmembears if they didn't <br />perceive value for their investment. <br />Staff and Council�nember Pust, were directed, by consensus, ta <br />conduct initial phane interviews wrth those four firms identified: <br />#2 {Brass Tacks Network, Inc.); #b (Don Salverda & <br />Associates); # 13 (Neu & Company}; and # 14 (Centez- foar Policy <br />Planning and Performance, Barbara Raye) for the teambuilding <br />and work sty�e analyses, but not the sirategic planning. <br />12. Consider Re-Appointing Eligible Citizen Advisory <br />Commissioners, and Authorizing Staff ta Advertise faar <br />Citizen Vo�untee�rs fo�r Various Commission Vacancies. <br />Councilmember Pust noted her past hesitation regarding <br />reappointment in an e�'�'ort to ensure a broad base was given to <br />those wishing to serve as commissioners. Howevear, upon fiirther <br />review, Councilmember Pust utilized the proeess allowing �'or <br />any two Councilmembers acting together to request interviews <br />priar to reappointm�nt; and request�d another Councilmember to <br />join her request. Councilmember Pust requested a public <br />interview with Human Rights Commissioners Phillip Crump and <br />Janet Delmore, out of respec� for thase commissioners and to <br />familiarize her�eli with the candidates. Councilmember Pust <br />noted that she had not met those commissioners, and wished to <br />use the intez-view process to become more familiar with th�m and <br />their vision for this extrem�ly important commission. <br />Councilmember Maschka o�'�'ered his support for Councilmember <br />Pust's request for interviews; and requested her support for <br />reappointm�nt of the remaining commissianers, with <br />Re-Appointing <br />El�gible Citizen <br />Advisory <br />Commissionexs <br />
