Planner Paschke explained that one property owner has expressed concern about drainage and will work with the ehurch and the City Engzn.eer to resalve possible drainage problems. Motion: Me�nber Traynor moved, second by Member White to recommend approval of a conditional use permit far Rose Hill AlIiance Church, 2105 Ros�lawn Avenue, based on the findings af Seciion 5 and canciitions of Section b, adding condition "H" — a landscape plan to include i�ri�ation of the courtyard if no rain garden infiltration systezn is used for the impravement area, of the project report dated Fe�ruary 1, 2006.
