Member Boerzgter a�ked if caurt yard irrigation should be a condition of approval. (Yes, it <br />should if the area is not used as an inf itratian area) <br />Member Wozniak asked if the calculation of i�npervious surface had been completed. Paschke <br />explained for churches there is no pervious surface-green space percentage, but runoff from any <br />increase in imperviaus suriace rr�ust meet the Watershed and the City Code requirements. <br />Chair Traynar clarified the required c�urcl� (main building) setback of 30 fee� from all <br />residential property lines. <br />Planner Paschke explained that one property owner has expressed concern about drainage and <br />will work with the ehurch and the City Engzn.eer to resalve possible drainage problems. <br />Chucl� Liddie, church architec�, illustrated a Rice Creek Waiershed ezx�ail carrespondence <br />waiving requixezz�ents far this project. The plan now includes that all new drainage from the <br />additions will drain to the courtyard for infiltration. The Commission received the Watershed <br />email waiver and paced it on file. <br />Member White reviewed tl�e architectural design and explained that it was a�ne example of <br />renovation design and materials. <br />Since there were no further camments, C�iair Traynor clased the heaaring. <br />Motion: Me�nber Traynor moved, second by Member White to recommend approval of a <br />conditional use permit far Rose Hill AlIiance Church, 2105 Ros�lawn Avenue, based on the <br />findings af Seciion 5 and canciitions of Section b, adding condition "H" — a landscape plan to <br />include i�ri�ation of the courtyard if no rain garden infiltration systezn is used for the <br />impravement area, of the project report dated Fe�ruary 1, 2006. <br />Ayes:6 Nays: 0 Abstain:0 <br />Motian carried. 6-0 <br />
