I am <br />going to be suggesting that the council modify the procedure for placing items on the agenda. Specifically that <br />the request must be made at least 11 days before the meeting. In otherwords, for an item to be placed on the <br />agenda for Monday, March 20th, the council member must submit the agenda item by Thursday, March 9th. <br />I will prepare a memo to accompany this agenda item setting out the reasons for this proposal and to flesh out the <br />proposal itself.
