f. <br />g, The property owner shall submit a housing plan and construction schedule to the <br />City Building Official prior to the issuance of a moving permit or building permit. <br />h. The property owner shall supply a proposed house and garage moving date and <br />route to the City Public Works Director and Building Official, prior to �he <br />issuance of a moving permit. <br />'�_U PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />'�, E On May 3, 2006, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the Alexander request. At the meeting no citizens were present to address the <br />Commission. However, the City Planner and Mr. Alexander provided additional <br />information to the Commission(as requested) and answered questions. <br />�. � Specifically, Mr. Alexander indicated that he had always intended to hook-up to public <br />utilities and apologized for the confusion, and added that he desires to install a 200 gallon <br />tank for sanita�y sewer use — to be pumped each week. <br />�. � The City Planner indicated he was not opposed to this option; that condition "c" should <br />be modified to include this as an option; and that he would need to review with staff prior <br />to supporting in Council report. <br />�_� The City Planner also indicated the he received three e-mails and phone calls from Mr. <br />Alexander's neighbors who were in complete support of the proposal. <br />i.� Mr. Alexander addressed the Commission clarifying his intentions, stating he would like <br />to be allowed to use a tank system (underneath RV) versus hool�ing-up to the existing <br />sanitary sewer line —will act lil{e construction site. The 200 gallon tank would be <br />pumped weekly. <br />�.� Alexander added that the home was inspected by an environmental firm as required prior <br />to moving. The home is to be moved around May 15. Has not yet applied for building <br />permit — does have site survey. Will work with Roseville staff on remaining processes. <br />7,� Member poherty asked who will be occupying the RV. Alexander stated it would be him <br />and his wife and periodically his adult daughter. Member poherty asked how confident <br />the contractor was that the home would be complete by the end of December. Expressed <br />some concern. Alexander indicated a 4 to 5 month construction schedule.
