EXTRACT OF MiNUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville: <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 10, 2006, at 6;00 o'clocic p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Cou►�c��i�e��ber introduced tlte following resolution at�d moved its adoption: <br />'I 7�.Y�]5111�[�]�I <br />F'I �i�'11. r��'C��:�� I'r���.l: r'4�° C} ��}4 L� I'L1�1l�Tv(,. f� I� C� � <br />f'[ I�IE. fC' lA�ll'RC��'���if�:�"f'� {'�DNti I I�l!�' I'F'L� ]���}� 4'i'�)Nl�C"R]:ST <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Masterpiece Homes., contracted to have the utilities, curb and gutter <br />and streets constructed to serve the homes lying within Stonecrest; and <br />WHEREAS, Masterpiece Homes is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and maintenance <br />responsibility of these public improvements including, Midlandview Court, sanitary sewer, watennain, storm <br />sewer and storm pond. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE. <br />MTNNES�TA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />acceptance and accept a one-year warranty for any worlc covering the replacement or repair of defective items <br />commencing on July 10,2006, and expiring on July l�, 20U7. <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Couneil�nember and upoi7 <br />vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br />� SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY � <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of said City held on the l Oth day of July, 2007, with the original thereof on file in my office, and <br />the same is a fii�i, true and complete transcript. <br />Adopted by the Council this l Oth day of July, 2007. <br />(SEAL) City Manager <br />
