EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Raseville; <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 10,2006, at 6;00 o'clocic p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />F1NAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR GREENHOUSE VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Greenhouse Village Properties, LLC, contracted to extend the public <br />watermair� along the north boulevard of Larpenteur Avenue to the west property line of 1021 Larpenteur <br />Avenue to serve the buildings lying within GREENHOUSE VILLAGE; and <br />WHEREAS, Greenhouse Village Properties, LLG is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and <br />maintenance responsibility of this public improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C�TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the worlc completed is hereby accepted and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />acceptance and accept a one-year warranty for any worlc covering the replacement or repair of defective items <br />commencing on July 10, 2006, and expiring on July 10, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon <br />vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />STATE OF MTNNESOTA ) <br />� SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY � <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of said City held on the l Oth day of July, 2007, with the original thereof on file in my office, and <br />the same is a full, true and complete transcript. <br />Adopted by the Council this l Oth day of July, 2007 <br />(SEAL) City Manager <br />
