7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS (after public hearing on August 3,2005): <br />(The draft Planning Commission meeting minutes are attached to this document.) <br />7.1 Recommended approval of an 892 s,#; lot size variance of an 892 s.£, lot size vasiance <br />to Section 1004.016 (Residential Dimensional Requirements) for new Parcel "B" for <br />property located at 1822 Dale Court based on the iindings in Section 5 of the project <br />report, finding that Parcel B is buildable even with its odd shape and the hardships are the <br />responsibilities ofthe owner, and subject to the conditions within Section 6 ofthe project <br />report dated August 3, 2005, including an additional condition: a pe�rnit shall be required <br />for � fence regardless of height. Staff is to review landscape plans at the time of the <br />building permit. <br />7.2 Recommended approval of a minor subdivision (Three Parcel Minor Subdivision (City <br />Code Section 1 t 04.04E} creating one new parcel ("B") with aparcel size of 11,608 � <br />thereby reducing the size of existing Parcel "A" to 15,514 s,f for property located at 1822 <br />__, Dale Court, based on t11e iindings in Section 5 and subject to the conditions of Section 6 <br />of the project report dated August 3,2005, including an additional condition: a pennit <br />shall be required for � fence regardless cfheight.
