On J�[y 1 ir� a year in which �here is an el�ction for a parfiisan pfl[i�ical office, the county ar legislative districfi chairs of each majar pofiticai party, whichever is designa�ed by iF�e sia�e party, shall pre�are a fist of eli�ibie vaters to act as elec�ion judges �� eac� election precinct in the county or le�islative distric#. TE�e chairs shall furnis}� the lists to the caunty auditor af the cnun#y in which the precinct is located. By J�a[y 15, the county auditor shal[ furnist� to tt�e a�poin�ing authariti�s a list of �he ap�ropria�e names for each electian precinc� in th� jurisdietion of the appointing a�fihority.
