Eureka <br />estimates that Roseville residents annual throw away 65 tons of this material each year (see attachment 2). <br />Eureka's collection costs would increase $.05 per household per month if Roseville added this material to <br />the curbside recyclingprogram. Thus Eureka would make this service available to Roseville if the City <br />agrees to increase the compensation rate by $.OS per household per month or $5,619.60 per year.
