Councilmember Pust opined that, there would be some opportunity for all of the interested public to meet the candidates on November 16. Councilmember Pust advised her that they were comfortable with the panelists chosen; and she encouraged other interested citizens to come forward at the November I6`�' meeting. Further discussion was held regarding the November 16`� meeting, and the preference for a forum or social-style meeting. Roll Call Ayes: Kough; Maschlca; Ihlan; Pust and Klausing. Nays: None. Councilmember Ihlan opined that she didn't feel the October 31, 2006 Special City Council meeting provided a solution by asl�ing Council candidates to participate without being able to vote; since the current City Council would be mal�ing the decision on the new City Manager.
