Roseville Human Rights Commission <br />Meeting Minutes -August 11, 2009 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />1 Chair Singleton thanked Member Kennedy for her initiative. <br />2 <br />3 Member Grefenberg expressed his appreciation of Councilmember Tammy Pust's efforts <br />4 in initiating and keeping focus on the Imagine Roseville 2025 community visioning <br />5 process and his interest in the HRC now being responsible for pursuing and building <br />6 community neighborhoods. <br />7 <br />8 Member McKenzie concurred with Member Grefenberg; noting that until the Imagine <br />9 Roseville 2025 process, events such as the Community Forum were unsuccessful until the <br />10 more comprehensive involvement of various groups provided for more trust and interest. <br />11 <br />12 Chair Singleton thanked Member Oftelie for her attendance at the Rose Parade, and <br />13 involving two students and apologized for his inability to attend. <br />14 <br />15 Chair Singleton expressed sympathies to Member Jaeger on the death of her mother. <br />16 <br />17 Members expressed their sympathy to the Roseville school on the recent loss of one of <br />18 the Karen children in a swimming accident. <br />19 <br />20 VII. Adjournment <br />21 Chair Singleton adjourned the meeting at approximately 7:42 p.m. <br />
