Sands, Kathleen <br />Eassen Mickelson, Sarah Brodt Lenz, <br />Mark Kamrath, Michelle Kruzel, Jeff <br />Johnson <br />Issue in front of Parks and Recreation Commission: <br />Twin Lafces Park Dedication Recommendation <br />Motion or Recommendation and Results: <br />Motion by Johnson, seconded by Kamrath: Recommend City Council support the <br />disconnect of the parkway on the South Side of Langton Lake Park* and secure <br />land extending where the south edge of the parkway would have been as a portion of <br />the park dedication requirement. <br />This is contingent upon further environmental studies and resolution of any <br />contaminated land identified. <br />Also, it is the recommendation to explore further other opportunities for park <br />dedication throughout the development process. <br />Aye — Johnson, Kamrath, Jacobson, Brodt Lenz, Higbee <br />Nay- Sands, Mickelson and Kruzel <br />Motion Carried 5 -3 <br />*Disconnect concept as brought forth at P&R mtg by Michael Noonan, Twin Lakes <br />Master Developer, which will be brought in front of city council in its January '�`�, <br />2004 <br />
