Exhibit G Building floor plans of the senior cooperative housing complex with <br />dimensions of the facility (Drawings No. A0.0 to A0.3, A1.OE, Al .OW, <br />A1.OVC, A1.lE, Al.l W, A].��:, A1.1 W, A1.3E, A1.3W), all dated <br />August 10, 1004. <br />Exhibit H Building elevations of the cooperative housing complex with dimensions <br />and materials identified (Drawings No. A3.1 to A3.4), dated August 10, <br />2004. <br />Exhibit I Anticipated site development schedule with estimated date of <br />construction start, construction completion, utility, curb, gutter and <br />landscape installation, and tentative occupancy date, dated <br />Exhibit J Signage plan for the Greenhouse Village development dated <br />Exhibit K Construction management plan including the identif'ication of construction <br />vehicle access, contractor/sub-contractor access and parking, delivery <br />vehicle access, times and material location, and construction material <br />storage. <br />5.0 REZONING <br />The CITY conducted a combined hearing on May 5,2004 (Planning Commission - <br />hearing on Preliminary Plat, Rezoning, and Concept Development Plan) and on May 24, <br />2004 (City Council) to consider various aspects of the Planned Unit Development zone <br />designation consistent with the City Comprehensive Plan. <br />The CITY agrees to zone the subject property to PUD, subject to the DEVELOPER's <br />strict compliance with the approved plans, and terms and conditions of this Agreement as <br />follows: <br />• General Residence District (R-3) for Lot 1, Block 1 <br />• Townhome District (R-6) for Lot 2, Block 1 <br />Minor departures from the approved final development plans, which are consistent with <br />this agreement and the underlying zoning for Greenhouse Village may be approved by the <br />CITY's Development Review Committee and the Community Development Director or <br />designee, as provided in the Roseville City Code (Section 1008). Substantial departures <br />from the approved final development plans will require an amendment to the Planned <br />Unit Development in accordance with Sections 1004, 1008, 1010, 1012 and 1015 of the <br />Roseville City Code. Where not superseded by more restrictive requirements of this <br />PUD, the standards of the underlying zones shall apply, as stated in Chapter 1004 of the <br />Roseville City Code. Whether an issue is "minor" or "significant" shall be determined by <br />the CITY as defined in Section 1008.09 of the City Code. <br />
