The primary use of this
roadway is as a driveway for the nursing home. It is critical that emergency vehicles
have easy access. There are five properties along this street:
ROSE OF SHARON MANOR: Currently the staff and visitors to Rose of Sharon
use this dead end for parking. Both sides of the street are parked with cars for
most of the work day. There is off- street parking on their property, however,
most of it is not convenient to the front door, and is not used. The driveways off
of Lovell Avenue are the only accesses to this properry.
■ REAL LIFE CHURCH: The church is located north of the street. Their lot
frontage on Lovell Avenue would be considered their side yard, and assessable
frontage would be 10% of the total length.
► RESIDENTIAL PARCEL AT LQVELLI CHATSWORTH 1NTERSECTION:
This parcel has 200 feet of frontage on the road, and has the potential to be
subdivided in the future. The driveway accesses Lovell approximately 75 feet west
of Chatsworth. This parcel was recently acquired by Real Life Church, they are
considering incorporating it as part of their campus master plan.
GRANDVIEW TOWNHOMES: It is important to note that there is a private
driveway from this cul-de-sac into the Grandview 'owxaanne development. The
fire inspectors have indicated that it is necessary for fire truck access. A proposed
3
