Hazardous materials clean up as necessary, shall be completed according to <br />acceptable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency standards. <br />F. Park Dedication Requirement: The City has not completed its review of the park <br />dedication requirements for this PLAT. At the request of the developer and with <br />the understanding of the developer and owner, the building permits for the above <br />project may be released, provided the developer and owner acknowledge in <br />writing (below) that a fee may be attached to this proj ect for park dedication as <br />stated within City of Roseville Subdivision Code Section 1103.07. A park <br />dedication requirement for Target may be established by the City Council and if <br />required, may include Lots 1 through 3 within the Target plat named "Roseville <br />Business Center". Park dedications fees must be paid within 30 days after the <br />City Council's decision. <br />3. Effect of Subdivision Approval. For two (2) years following final approval of the <br />PLAT which is the subject of this Contract, no amendments to the CITY's <br />Comprehensive Plan; or afficiai controls shall a�piy to or affect the use, development <br />density, lot size, lot layout or dedications of the approved PLAT unless required by <br />state or federal law or agreed to in writing by the CITY and the DEVELOPER. <br />Thereafter, notwithstanding this Contract, the CITY may require compliance with <br />any amendments to the C�TY's Comprehensive Guide Plan, official controls, platting <br />or dedication requirements enacted after the date of this Contract, to the extent <br />permitted by law. <br />
