The provision of a life-safety and security plan for the renovation and addition, to <br />be completed in coordination with the City's Police and Fire Departments prior to <br />final approvals of the PUD. The DRC has discussed lifelsafety issues <br />pertaining to the serviceldelivery area proposed on the lower level of the <br />addition, and concluded that three cameras must be installed, one inside the <br />serviceldelivery corridor and one at each end (eastlwest) of the structure, and <br />all being connected to the existing security system to monitor serviceldelivery <br />activities. <br />;� �� The City Planner and Community Development Director have determined that the <br />proposed uses are consistent with a regional mall and recommends approval of the <br />AMENDED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT — FINAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN & PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT for Jones Lang I.,aSalle <br />to allow a 182,386 sq. ft. replacement (Mervyn's) and expansion to the east side of <br />Ros�dale Center. <br />�_� SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />R. I BY MOTION APPROVE THE AMENDED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT — <br />FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (plans cY� specifications) for �osedale Center allowing <br />an easterly rep�acement/expar�sion of the mall totaling approximately totaling 182,386 <br />square feet and associated site improvements. <br />�.?
