County Road B-2 and through the parking/traf�ic movement areas that will improve pedestrian access to the mall, lifestyle center, and theater. The Public Worlcs Department is in the process of obtaining the necessary easements to reconstruct the existing trail along the south side of County Road B2. The proposed Final Development Plan includes pedestrian tr�x�ls�dewalk connections from County Road B2 (including a clearly marlced crosswallc) to the lower level shops; from the ring-road parlcing lot adj acent to County Road B2 to the transit hubltheater (including a clearly marlced crosswallc); from the ring roadl�ark-and-ride lot adj acent to Highway 36 to the transit hubltheater (including a clearly marlced crosswallc); an elaborate pedestrian plaza, including an elevator and stair connection from the lower level parlcing lotlshpps to the upper level parlcing lot, and pedestrian �athlwal�way in front of both upper and lower level shops and extending to the major mall entries adjacent to Green Mill and Big Bowl; and bus picic-up and drop-off near Big Bpwl/�acaroni Grill. Access to the theater must be provided from both parking lots. This will require a direct pedestrian access from the lower level (west) ��;� rk i n�; lot. The revised proposal includes an elaborate plazalpedestrian connection that runs between the retail shopslrestaurant addition and the retail shopsliheater structures. This plazalpedestrian connection provides a direct linlc between the lower level parlcing lot and the upper level parlcing lot. e. The Public Works Department must complete the review and approve of the grading, drainage, sidewalk and trail, and utility plans proposed with the General Concept and Final Plan submittal. All plans, including the location of fire hydrants (per Fire Marshal) and utility services connections, require the approval of the Public Works Department. In addition, the applicant is required to receive the approval of the storm water management plan by the Rice Creek Watershed, prior to the Final Planned Unit Development Plan approval by the City Council. The Public Worlcs Department has reviewed the Final Development submittal pertaining to utility, grading, and drainage plans and approved these plans. However, some of the issues regarding placement of fire hydrants andlor siamese connections will not be finalized until such time as the building plans are submitted for building permit review by the Building Inspection staff and the Fire Marshal. Further, the final storm water management plan has been submitted to the Rice Creelc Watershed for permit approval. f. The provision of a lighting plan for the all revised parking lots and the building, which plan must meet the requirements of Section 1010.12.
