The Rose c� .1�fr� ���� Colors ��� �rts Series will promote a <br />community arts focus that highlights .Etlznic Exposure, Family Involvement and Cornmu�iity Connections. <br />The vision and goals of the organizing team is to draw on the Ethnic Exposure, Family Involvement and <br />Community Connections focus to strengthen bonds between community members, develop community <br />traditions and increase community pride. RMC I�"X �aoks to; <br />. Connect and unite our growing n�ulti-eultural populations. <br />. Engage the community in the process of creating art_ <br />. Support arts appreciation for a lifetime. <br />As a community, Roseville provides access to comn�unity programs and facilities. The City of Roseville <br />coinplies with ADA standards and provides support services for those in need. ADA requirements have <br />guided the City in providing accessible participatian areas, parking, restrooms and seating. Facilities and <br />programs in Roseville are designed to encourage involvement and participation. <br />Participation in the Rose ofl��ar�y Colors III Arts Series will be free of charge or modestly priced to <br />encourage involvement without concerns for the economic impact of participation fees. Free or modestly <br />priced art opportunities will encourage people to become involved in art experiences they are unfamiliar <br />with or unsure of. <br />Artistic Quality aud Merit <br />Over the years, Roseville �aas worked to engage the community in a broad spectrum of art opportunities. <br />Efforts have been invested in providing artistic variety with the hope of piquing the interests of a wide <br />range of participants. <br />It is the belief of the RMCIII organizing team that the success of future community arts experiences is <br />subj ective in nature. We do not gauge success by p��tieipation numbers, but by intangibles that reflect an <br />improved quality of life. <br />.
