Roseville Area Schools, I��.�.�� organizing coininit�ee and other proj ect volunteers, the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council including all staff, governing officials and others associated ��:ih the Rose ofMariy Colors II�. • The proj ect organizing team will review arts proposals using an evaluation tool ihat will score; o the n�erit of the proj ect, o degree to which the project seives the focus of eti�.z�zc exposure, family i��vo�vement and eo�n��uza�ty connections, o creative and unique nature oitIie project, o deinographics of the population served, and o the artists ability to execute the proposed proj ect based on previous endeavors. A grant manager will be named to oversee the proj ect budget. Organizing teaz� members will award grants for only the full, requested amount. Artists will be required to submit a summary of their proj ect, and �i iti evaluation of grant management and proj ect support prior to the receive funding. Evaluation Process o A meinber of the organizing team will be in attendance of all proj ects and submit a program evaluation from the �anagezx�entlarganization standpoint. o Participants will be givez� the opportunity to critique and evaluate the arts experiences. o In the end, each program will l�.ave an evaluation packet including self review, pa�-ticipant evaluation and organizing team critique. Lastly, the organizing team will compile findings for the individual offerings into an overall series evaluation.
