Ba.a-ba�a Raye, Center for Policy, Planning, and Performance, facilitated <br />the discussion. <br />Process <br />. Convened as an i�for�na] discussion. The facilitator focused the discussion on the <br />following topics: <br />o What are the trends you, as a realtor, are seeing? <br />o What are the prioriiy housing issues? <br />o What can be done <br />• Wrap-up <br />Who attended? (Source:5 feedback sheets) <br />• Roseville realtors were the target audience for this dialogue. Over 50 realtors were invited <br />by e-mai� and word-of-mouth. One staff inembers of the RosevilleSchool District also <br />attended. I l� • was included in the participant counts and submitted a feedback sheet. <br />. All of the realtors (4) priznaz•ily sell residential real estate, focusing on single-family homes, <br />condominiums, and townhomes. <br />. Four (4) of the five (5) respondents were from the North East Area. One (l.) respondent <br />was from the South East area. <br />• All participants were homeowners. Four (4) persons live in a single-family home; one <br />person Lives in a townhome. <br />In three years from now, all five (5)of the respandeilts imagine themselves living in <br />Roseville; four (4) persons imagine living in the same home and one (1) person imagines <br />living in a different home. <br />All respondents were under the age of 65: one (1)person is between ages 26 and 35; one <br />(7.} person is between ages 36 and 50 and three (3) persons were age 51 to 65.
