It is not easily seen from County Road C. <br />1. � In 1993 the Roseville City Code was amended to allow the City Council to consider <br />— requests for the installation of above ground fuel tanks in non-residentially zoned areas <br />outside the area bound by Cleveland Avenue, Highway 36, the northern City Limits and <br />the western City Limits. <br />�.fl STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />? 5 The Community Development Department recommends that the request by Monarch Bus <br />Service be approved with conditions. This is in an area where previous bus operations <br />have been located. The above ground tanks (while visually utilitarian) have a much better <br />history of spill and leak protection than buried tanks, and can be removed much easier. <br />�-U SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />� l BY MOTION, APPROVE the request by Monarch Bus Service to install a 4,000 gallon <br />above ground fuel tank at 1743 County Road C, subject to conditions.
