Coffee for a drive-through window along the north side of <br />2645 Fairview Avenue, based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of <br />the project report date September 7,2005. <br />�. � S i t��� the Planning Commission meeting, staff has worked with the applicants and <br />property owners to resolve the issue of cross access and potential for vehicle conflict the <br />pedestrian walk and vehicular conflict design of travel lane boundary between 2465 and <br />2485 �'ai�view Avenue; and the design of the new parking lot. <br />�_[� SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />9. I ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT allowing <br />the installation and operation of a drive-thru window by Scott Roberts Trust (owner) and <br />Love from Minnesota (main tenant) for Dunn Bros.
