The curb along the front of the property shall be repaired andlor replaced. <br />Paving must be repaired by mill and overlay or other technique approved <br />by the Public Works Director, especially the drive-thru lane which must be <br />upgraded to withstand higher traffic volumes and increased vehicle <br />weight. Pedestrian access from and through the parking lot must be <br />clearly marked at the entry point by painting the pavement surface and <br />caution signage near the front door of the building. The drive lane into <br />and through the site must be a one way drive. Parking stalls on the south <br />side of the parking lot must be angled and curb andfor striped island be <br />placed where appropriate to properly directlprohibit traffic. <br />L�a e.
