� <br />EXTRACT OF MWUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ���eeti��g of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Farnsey, State of Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, on October 24, 2005 <br />The following �a�embers were present: <br />and the following �ne�n6ers were absent: <br />M�mber introduced tl�e following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN <br />APPLICATION FOR THE RAMSEY COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUND FOR <br />'.�'WiN LAKES PROJECT, PHASE 1, STAGE 1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville act as the legal sponsor for p�-o}ect(s} contained in tl�e <br />Contamination Cleanup Grant Program to be submitted on November 1, 2005 and that the Mayor and <br />City Manager are hereby authorized to apply to tlie Ramsey County Environmental Response Funds for <br />this project on behalf of the City of Roseville for til�e `�wn1 Lakes Project, Phase 1, Stage 1. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tlie City of Roseville has tl�e legal authority to apply for <br />financial assistance, �1�d the institutional, managerial, and financial capability to ensure adequate project <br />administration. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of its application by Ra�nsey County, the City of <br />Roseville ni �}' enter into an agreement with Ramsey County for tlie above-referenced pro�eci(s), and that <br />the City of Roseville certifies ilaat it will comply witl� all applicable laws and regulation as stated in all <br />contract agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to <br />execute suc11 agreements as are necessary to implement tlie pra�ect(s) on behalf of the applicant. <br />Tl�e a�otion for the adoptio�� of the foregoing resolut�on was duly seconded by <br />, and upon vote taken thereoa�, the following voted in favor therepf: <br />and tlie foi�owing voted against the sa�e: <br />_ Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed aiid adopted. <br />
