Recommendation: <br />By Council Policy and State Statute, it is the responsibility of the City Manager to: <br />• Appoint the City Attorney as provided in State Statute, with approval by the City <br />Council. <br />• Recommend firms to the City Council for Bond Attorney, Development Attorney and <br />Prosecuting Attorney. <br />Based on all elements of the selection process, it is recommended the Council approve the <br />appointments as recommended above. <br />Council Action Requested: <br />Motion approving the appointment of Campbell Knutson, Professional Association, to serve as <br />City Attorney, and appointing the following firms t o provide legal services for the City of I�osevi]le: <br />Bond Attorney: <br />Development Attorney: <br />Prosecuting Attorney: <br />Briggs & Morgan <br />Campbell Knutson <br />Peterson, Bell, Converse & Jensen <br />� <br />
