Provide the services and facilities essential for the protection, operation, <br />and use of public and private property in the City in a cost effective <br />manner. <br />B. GENERAL LAND USE POLICIES <br />The City will: <br />1. Continue to be developed in accordance with a Comprehensive Plan for <br />land use, housing, transportation, and community facilities. Where <br />possible, all future development will reflect the major proposals c� the <br />Com�rehensive Plan. Wherever possible, the p�an will be related to and <br />a I i��t�c3 with the plans in neighboring cornmu�.ifiies, the I-35W 7 City <br />Coalition, and with the most current MetropolitanCouncil plans and <br />blueprints. <br />2. Maintain a Comprehensive Plan to reflect the maximum potential c� <br />undeveloped properties consistent with good planning and development <br />practices.
