<br />EXTERIOR STRUCTURE
<br />304.1 Cenecal- The exterior of a�Icur�rt shall be ssi,a'sntainec�

<br />304.4 Structural members. All structural members shall be
<br />maintained free from deterioration, and shall be capable of

<br />304.7 Roofs and drainage. The roof and flashing shall be

<br />shall be adequate to prevent dainpncss or deterioration in the
<br />walls or interior portion of the structure_ Roof drains, gutters
<br />and dnwzzspat�GS shall be maintained �n good repair and free

<br />304.8 Decorativefeatures. Allcornices.beltco�rses,corbels;
<br />Eerra cptSa trim, wall facings and similar decorative featuces
<br />shall be maintained in good repair with proper anchorage and
<br />in a safe condition.
<br />304.9 Overhang extensions. All overhang extensions includ-
<br />ing, but not limited to canopies, marquees, signs, metal awn-
<br />ings, fire escapes, standpipes and exhaust ducts shall be
