The neighborhood meetings were advertised like <br />other public meetings - through news/etter, paper and some direct mail The <br />HRA used the neighborhood b/ock captain network to advertise. In addition, <br />wanting to make sure renta/properties were invited, the HRA sentspecific <br />invites to all non-homes��a�addresses. <br />3� �b. Would like to see an exemption to the ordinance for rental properties where <br />ti? the owner lives on the parcel or in the attached duplex unit adjacent to the <br />:�8 rental property? These owners do not want to live next to run down and <br />a� unkept property and are very picky on who they rent to.
