In addition, Roseville sl�all be solely responsible for worker's compensatian, reemploymen� insurance benefits, and other employee re7ated laws, incl�ding OSHA, ER�SA, RLSA, and FMLA. Roseville shall retain t11e authority to cantroi the employees, including t�e ri�h� to hire, fire and discipline therrz. C. Forest Lake wil� provide the necessary office, equipr�ent, and supplies for the assigned Em�loyee(s) to provide the services required hereunder and will bear all costs attendant thereto.
