Article 5. Plan Benefits <br />Section 5.1 Available Benefits. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, and subject <br />to any open enrollment or other provisions of contracts with third party benefit providers, a <br />Participant may use available Employer contributions, if any, and Pay Conversion Contributions <br />to pay for the benefits described in Section 5.2 that the Participant has elected to receive. <br />Benefits shall be provided under such insurance policies, plans, programs or other arrangements <br />as obtained or established by the Employer. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions <br />of the plans, policies, programs or other arrangements obtained or established by the Employer to <br />fund or provide those benefits. <br />Section 5.2 Benefits. <br />5.2.1 Health Covera�e. Payment of the employee cost of coverage under <br />the City of Roseville Health Plan and under such policies or programs as the <br />Employer elects to make available to the Participant. <br />2 7 City of Roseville MPD <br />
