any, and Pay Conversion Contributions shall be a maximum of <br />Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per Plan Year. <br />(c) Decreases in Dependent Care Reimbursement <br />Account. A Participant's Dependent Care Reimbursement <br />Account shall be reduced by the amount of any benefits paid to or <br />on behalf of a Participant pursuant to paragraphs 5.2.3(d) or <br />5.2.3(e). <br />(d) Dependent Care Benefits. Subject to limitations <br />contained in other provisions of this Plan, and to the extent of the <br />amount contained in the Participant's Dependent Care <br />Reimbursement Account, a Participant who incurs Employment <br />Related Dependent Care Expenses shall be entitled to receive from <br />the Employer full reimbursement for the entire amount of these <br />expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage for a Plan Year, <br />including the remainder of the Plan Year following termination of <br />employment with the Employer to the extent of the amount <br />contained in the Participant's Dependent Care Reimbursement <br />Account for that Plan Year, including the remainder of the Plan <br />Year following termination of employment with the Company; <br />provided that no reimbursement shall be paid pursuant to this <br />paragraph 5.2.3 to the extent that an expense has been submitted <br />for reimbursement as a Medical Care expense under paragraph <br />5.2.2.
