„1.2.3”. <br />"Residual Error" means a software malfunction or a programming, coding, or syntax error that <br />causes the software to fail to conform to the Specifications. <br />"Services" means those maintenance and support services being provided to CoR by LETG and <br />described in the Support Plan which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B. <br />"Software" means the LETG Software and Non-LETG Software that was furnished by LETG to <br />CoR. <br />"Specifications" means the design, form, functionality, or performance requirements described in <br />published descriptions of the Software, and if also applicable, in any modifications to the <br />published specifications as expressly agreed to in writing by the parties. <br />"Standard Business Day" means Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central Time, <br />excluding legal holidays. <br />"System" means the products and services provided by LETG to CoR pursuant to the Software <br />and Hardware License and Services Agreement. <br />"Technical Support Services" means the remote telephonic support provided by LETG concerning <br />the Products, including diagnostic services and troubleshooting to assist CoR in ascertaining the <br />nature of the problem, minor assistance concerning the use of the Software (including advising or <br />assisting CoR in attempting data/database recovery, database set-up, client-server advise), and <br />assistance or advice on the installation of Releases provided under this Agreement. <br />"Update" means a Supplemental Release or a Standard Release. <br />"Upgrade" means a Product Release. <br />Page 4 of 19 <br />
