The Central <br />Corridor LRT will cross the area. Land <br />use in the area is managed by a state <br />agency, the Capitol Area Architectural <br />and Planning Board, with its own <br />comprehensive plan and independent <br />zoning authority. The zoning rules, <br />written in the 1970s, are now outdated <br />and incompatible with St. Paul's <br />standards.
