Submission of properly corrtpleied paymer�i t'equest #'onns (with proper cfocumentation} required under Paragraph 2.07 wilt constitute periodic status re�orls. The Grantee also must comp3ete and submit to the Counc�l a grant activit�� closeout reporl, The closeot3t report form n�ust be sU�mitted with tl�e final pay�nent request fonn or within 120 days after �he expiration or iem�ination oi tliis Agreemei�€, wf�ichev�r occurs ear]ier. Wiihin 120 days af-�er t[�e Expiration Date, the Grantee rr,ust ca�plete and submit to the Council a certificaiion oF expenditures of f�nds form signecf by the Gran�ee's c}�ief financial officer or finance director. The form and conteni of the closeout repoM and the certification form will be determined by ihe Council. IV. AGREEM�NT' T�R1L� 4.01 Terrn.
