We wi11 work in close <br />communication with both the city staff and the Master Developer's representatives and we wi11 only <br />modify our approach or work tasks with your prior knowledge and consent. <br />Proiect Administrationand Coordination <br />Task 001: Through this agreement, DSU commits that John Shardlow wi11 be available to attend a <br />number of ineetings regarding project coordination, public information, problem solving and other <br />purposes that are not speci�ically listed in this contract. This agreement has been structured to incorporate <br />a range of 10 to 20 hours that may be required for attendance at such meetings. This may or may not be <br />adequate given circumstances that arise as the project unfolds. <br />Task 002: Prior to Workshop #1, John Shardlow wi11 conduct a project initiation meeting with the <br />Development Team. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of <br />the process and the roles and responsibilities of a11 of the participants. It wi11 a11ow the parties to identify <br />and establish lines of communication and related protocols to support a positive and constructive working <br />relationship. <br />Workshop �1: Backeround <br />Workshop #1 wi11 provide an introduction of participants, process orientation, a community planning <br />background, and a history of Twin Lakes. The workshop date and more detailed information to be <br />covered in the workshop are outlined in the attached work program flowchart. After the workshop, a <br />meeting wi11 be conducted with City Staff to identify key issues to be explored further, to reach agreement <br />on meeting notes, and to prepare a summary memo to the City Manager. <br />Workshop #2; �i the Land <br />Workshop #2 wi11 include the following establish a strong understanding of the land and the opportunities <br />and constraints that wi11 affect its development. Scenic and aesthetic considerations wi11 be identi�ied and <br />discussed, along with a description of existing development and infrastructure. Relevant information from <br />the City's GIS system and from the City's environmental consultant wi11 also be presented. The <br />workshop date and a more detailed summary of the information to be covered in the workshop are <br />outlined in the attached work program flowchart. After the workshop, a meeting wi11 be conducted with <br />City Staff to identify key issues to be explored further, to reach agreement on meeting notes, and to <br />prepare a summary memo to the City Manager. <br />Workshop #3: Transportationlssues <br />Workshop #3 wi11 focus on an I35W Corridor Coalition Sca1e Review of Transportation Issues. Speakers <br />wi11 include representatives of the I35W Coalition, MnDOT, SRF, URS and the Roseville Public Works <br />Director. We wi11 provide an introduction of other planned or pending developments within the sub- <br />region and planned Ramsey County and Roseville roadway and trail improvements. The workshop date <br />and information to be covered in the workshop are outlined in the attached work program flowchart. <br />
