Proiect Administrationand Coordination Task 001: Through this agreement, DSU commits that John Shardlow wi11 be available to attend a number of ineetings regarding project coordination, public information, problem solving and other purposes that are not speci�ically listed in this contract. This agreement has been structured to incorporate a range of 10 to 20 hours that may be required for attendance at such meetings. This may or may not be adequate given circumstances that arise as the project unfolds. Task 002: Prior to Workshop #1, John Shardlow wi11 conduct a project initiation meeting with the Development Team. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of the process and the roles and responsibilities of a11 of the participants. It wi11 a11ow the parties to identify and establish lines of communication and related protocols to support a positive and constructive working relationship. Workshop �1: Backeround Workshop #1 wi11 provide an introduction of participants, process orientation, a community planning background, and a history of Twin Lakes. The workshop date and more detailed information to be covered in the workshop are outlined in the attached work program flowchart. After the workshop, a meeting wi11 be conducted with City Staff to identify key issues to be explored further, to reach agreement on meeting notes, and to prepare a summary memo to the City Manager. Workshop #2; �i the Land Workshop #2 wi11 include the following establish a strong understanding of the land and the opportunities and constraints that wi11 affect its development. Scenic and aesthetic considerations wi11 be identi�ied and discussed, along with a description of existing development and infrastructure. Relevant information from the City's GIS system and from the City's environmental consultant wi11 also be presented. After the workshop, a meeting wi11 be conducted with City Staff to identify key issues to be explored further, to reach agreement on meeting notes, and to prepare a summary memo to the City Manager. Workshop #3: Transportationlssues Workshop #3 wi11 focus on an I35W Corridor Coalition Sca1e Review of Transportation Issues. Speakers wi11 include representatives of the I35W Coalition, MnDOT, SRF, URS and the Roseville Public Works Director. We wi11 provide an introduction of other planned or pending developments within the sub- region and planned Ramsey County and Roseville roadway and trail improvements.
