This workshop wi11 be focused on a detailed discussion of the problems, opportunities and other implications of each of the scenarios. The workshop date and information to be covered in the workshop are outlined in the attached work program flowchart. After the workshop, a meeting wi11 be conducted with City Staff to identify key issues to be explored further, to reach agreement on meeting notes, and to prepare a summary memo to the City Manager. A meeting wi11 also be conducted between DSU and the DevelopmentTeam to gather additional input. Workshon #9: Svnthesis. Onuortunities and Constraints Summarv. Alternatives Analvsis Workshop #9 wi11 provide a graphic summary of the input obtained at a11 previous workshops. We wi11 present review and illustrate the likes and dislikes of panel member regarding each scenario. The DevelopmentTeam wi11 participate in this discussion. The objective of this workshop is to move as close as possible toward selecting the preferred alternative. The workshop date and information to be covered in the workshop are outlined in the attached work program flowchart. After the workshop, a meeting wi11 be conducted with City Staff to identify key issues to be explored further, to reach agreement on meeting notes, and to prepare a summary memo to the City Manager. A meeting wi11 also be conducted between DSU and the DevelopmentTeam to gather additional input. Workshon �14: Concent Plan Workshop #10 wi11 present a discussion draft concept plan that reflects the input received during the discussion on the alternatives in previous workshops. This exhibit wi11 illustrate land use areas, roadway alignments, open space,landscaped areas, and other pertinent features. It wi11 intentionally be produced in a graphic format that is less detailed than a typical PUD concept p1an. The Advisory Pane1 and Development Team wi11 have a free-flowing discussion of a11 aspects of the concept diagram. The workshop wi11 also introduce issues to be addressed through Design Standards, Mitigation Strategies, and Implementation Too1s. Su��ested Desisn and Performance Standards, Wrap TJ� Workshop #11 wi11 include a presentation of a refined Concept P1an that was revised based on feedback from Workshop �41 �, There wi11 be a presentation of the types of suggested design and performance standards to address issues and concerns. The workshop wi11 conclude with a review of the process and a presentation of the process for the next steps, and opportunities for continued participation in the PUD review and approval process.
