4.8 Section 703.04C reads: "On properties ltaving frontage on both maj or and minor roads, <br />access shall be provided via the minor r�a� where feasible in order to reduce the number <br />of curb cuts on majorthoroughfares". <br />4.9 Similar to the Owasso Ridge proj ect (aohansey Circle) setbacks are identified in two <br />ways, from the protect propertv boundalrvv line and from the individual town home lot line <br />and specific to the principal structure a�d porches, decks, and patios. The four <br />structures will have a nominal height to' mid-point of 28 feet and a height of 34 feet to the <br />roof peak. Units currently do not incluc�e decks, patios or porches. However, Staff <br />suggests that accommodations be madefor such additions. <br />4.11 Each structure will include stone and m�intenance free lap siding as the predominant <br />material. Asphalt shingles are proposed, for roofing and the soffit and fascia will be <br />protected by a maintenance free alumin�m.
