Are the townhome garages large enough to store bikes, etc.? <br />Member Traynor asked for details of traffic trips; how many cars will be owned per <br />resident (no answer). Limited parking limits the traffic. <br />Mike Theis, Clark Wicl�lund, Joe Krantz (DevelopmentTeam) spoke to the issues of <br />approval, saying the cost of extending watermains may be too expensive, especially since <br />the extension is 24" diameter. Mike Theis also explained that he is concerned with the <br />park dedication fee. <br />Member Traynor asked about the orientation of the ponds and buildings. (The site slopes <br />from east to west and the grade is lower in this area). <br />23 Member Traynor asked for screeningllandscapingissues. Mr. Theis said neighbors to the <br />24 east are on 300 foot lots. Pine trees will screen some, but not all of the buildings. He <br />25 asked if the eastern edge does not include pine trees. How is the project site grading altered. Could the park <br />area be placed on the east side? <br />Clark Wicl�lund, engineer, explained the drop in the site is from east to west, and the low <br />spots are within the site and used for water storage. <br />38 Mr. Linedeckeris on the St. Paul water system, with 30 pounds of pressure. Would St. <br />39 Paul water pressure be damaged by this pressure drop? He also expressed concern about <br />40 the view from his house to the greenhouse which will remain. Will the greenhouse be <br />41 new or remain? <br />42 <br />43 Mike Theis explained that the greenhouse in the southeast corner of the site may be <br />44 reduced, with more outside gardening.
