Thomas Paschlce <br />explained the Arona project and recommended construction access from Larpenteur only. <br />Mr. Johnson aslced if the project is senior only project? Mr. Theis said the building is <br />restricted to 55+ in age, and in answer to a previous question, construction traffic will <br />enter from Larpenteur. <br />Milce Wolf explained that the townhomes site will be used as a staging area for three <br />years. He expressed concern with traffic entry. There should be a left turn lane from <br />Larpenteurto get into the site. <br />Member Traynor aslced if there are pealcs for the traffic. (This project has no dramatic <br />pealc time impact.) <br />There were no further public comments. Chair Mulder closed the hearing. <br />Chair Mulder said one of the positive points is that this proj ect is a senior proj ect. Traff'ic <br />patterns are significantly different, not susceptible to pealc traffic situations. <br />22 Chair Mulder was supportive of razing the greenhouse. He also requested a construction <br />23 delivery and parlcing plan. Density is the real issue. Roseville land is very expensive. <br />Member Bakeman expressed concern with exterior storage of vehicles while materials <br />are stored in the garages.
