Add to bondo cell doors that were dented during shipping. This work will be billed to <br />Kendell. Add $ 516 <br />Add for Kellington to remove, load, unload and reinstall doors 127A and 137A. These doors <br />had to be fixed by Kendell. This will be a backcharge to Kendell. Add $1,041 <br />Bondo screw holes on hollow metal frames. There was a total of 19 hours to complete this <br />work Add $1,599 <br />During demolition, in several areas where the vinyl base was removed, the paper on the <br />sheetrock was tom up the wall. These areas had to be patched by Olympic Drywall prior to <br />painting. The cost for Olympic to do this work is a charge to Kellington. (Deduct $1,081) <br />Add for Kellington to cut out masonry in the PW building in order for the new steel infil] <br />joists to be installed. These cut-outswere never identified on the drawings. Add $572 <br />Charge for Kendell to purchase 4 additional cylinders for doors #124A, #168A, #188A and <br />#189A that were shipped to the site and lost. (Deduct $233) <br />Charge for Kendell to replace miscellaneous hardware for doors # 141 A and # 1131 A that vu� <br />shippedto the site and lost. (Deduct $666) <br />Charge for Kendell to travel to the j obsite and fix several items that were installed incorrectly <br />by Kellington. Charge is for travel time and replacement pieces purchased by Kendell. <br />(Deduct $821) <br />Add to sawcut, remove and excavate a 6' x 6' hole in the slab-on-grade for the new footing <br />and column in the basement at the stairway (Grids 3.8 & G).
