Deduct to delete veneer plaster at the high lobby walls as called out in PR #34, There was <br />approximately 800 square feet deleted. (Deduct $1,200) <br />Credit to provide metal stud spacing at 24" on-center in lieu of 16" on-center as called out in <br />the specifications. (Deduct $2,100) <br />Remove and replace moldy drywall and rigid insulation on the exteriorwalls in the lower <br />level. Add $2,417 <br />Add for numerous drywall changes and additions in the lower level remodel area per PR #52, <br />This work is required due to mold under existing sheetrock because of window leaks. Add $ <br />7,322 <br />Add to remove anchors and patch drywall where the furniture had been fastened to the <br />sheetrockwalls.
