Furnish and install a new e�aust fan for toilet room 1131 as called out in RFI # 150. The <br />e�stingfan in this roof did not work and by code needed to be replaced. Add $497 <br />Add for NAC to install the gas line piping for the temporary gas heaters that were used this <br />winter. There was a cost for this change built into the McGough general conditions. <br />Add $3,636 <br />Add to bring the irrigation stub-out to the outside of the building. The drawings showed this <br />irrigation connection at the inside of the building that did not work for the irrigation <br />contractor. Half of this cost has been charged back to the irrigation contractor. Add $1,448 <br />Add to re-route and re-connect the sanitary line in the lower level to service the upper level <br />toilet rooms. The existing sanitary line was not shown in drawings and assumed to have been <br />removed in earlier remodel and had to be removed since the pipe was in the middle of a new <br />office. Add $679 <br />Install a new wa11 hydrant and in the lower level of the PS building. This wa11 hydrantwas <br />not shown on the drawings to be saved or removed. The City decided it needed to be kept so <br />a new wa11 hydrant was installed to replace this old leaking hydrant.
