Thomas Paschke <br />explained how the staff is working with the owners to resolve the location. <br />Member Pust asked for clarification regarding neighboring parcels (Burger King). <br />Member Traynor asked if the structurewill be two stories (yes, with a mezzanine and <br />two-story office space. Three stories are allowed in a B-3 zone.) <br />Chair Mulder asked if the building was three storieswould there be adequateparking <br />(unknown at this time, depends upon use of building). <br />
