EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26�' day of July 2004, at 6.30 p.m, <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introducedthe following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL LTSE PERMIT <br />F�OR REAL LIFE CHURCH, 2353 CHATSWORTH AVENUE (PF3583). <br />WHEREAS, Real Life Church has requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow the <br />construction of a new worship center, expanded lobby, and additional restrooms; and <br />WHEREAS, Real Life Church is 2353 ChatsworthAvenue and legally described at as: <br />REQUIRES CORRECTLEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />PID # I 1-29-23-32-OII 7 <br />WHEREAS, Real Life Church proposed to construct a new 408 seat worship center, <br />sma11 expansion to the e�sting lobby, additional rest rooms, within a 8,302 sq. ft. footprint; and <br />WHEREAS, said improvements will also include an additional 78 parking spaces, <br />landscaping, and storm water management; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code stipulated the criteria under which <br />a conditional use permit must be reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />Conditional Use Permit request of Rea1 Life Church and voted (5-1) to recommend approval of <br />the request, based on the comments in Section 5, the findings in Section 6, and the conditions (as <br />amended by the Planning Commission) of Section 7 of the project report dated July 7,2004. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Rea1 <br />Life Church, 2352 ChatsworthAvenue, a CONDTTIONALUSE PERMIT consistent with <br />Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report <br />dated July 26,2004, and the following conditions: <br />1. The site being developed with setbacks as per the site plans in the applications <br />dated June 21,2004. <br />
