Originally he proposed 16 units on the south side, 4 <br />units on the north side. <br />- He had an office in the home for one winter. <br />- The site could be a good housing use adj acent to church — senior housing? <br />- Guptil gave examples of 3 story building, 30 units; some 2 story units, some one <br />story with underground parking, facing the church <br />- He explained the school district drainage easementblockage from one pond to <br />another — could be reshaped — currently is 1-2 feet deep, and could be <br />rehabilitated with a change in size. <br />Final Version 25 July 26,2004 <br />
