EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26�' day of July 2004, at 6; 30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTIONAPPROVINGAN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR�I�L�R� SIMPSON, 2660 CLEVELAND AVENLJS (PF3580). WHEREAS, Richard Simpson (dba Simpson Auto Sales) has requested an interim use permit to allow the temporary sale and display of motor vehicles on a portion of 2660 Cleveland Avenue; and WHEREAS, 2660 ClevelandAvenue is generally described at as: West 125feet of Lots 9 and 10 and the South 1/ of Lot 8, Twin View. F�cluding the West 185feet of Lot 11; the West185feet of the South 89.69feet ofLot 12; and the South'/ ofLot 13, Twin View(PIN 04-29-23-33-0005). WHEREAS, Section 1012,09A and B stipulatedthe requirements necessary to obtain an interim use permit; and WHEREAS, Richard Simpsonproposes to utilize a 3,000 sq. ft. space within the Roseville Properties multi-tenantbuilding at 2660 Cleveland Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the interim use permit request of Richard Simpson and recommended (6-0) to approve the request, based on the comments outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the proj ect report dated 07/07/04. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Family Academy and interim use permit consistentwith Section 1012.09 A and B of the Roseville City Code based on the comments and findings in Section 5 of the project report dated June 17,2002, and the following conditions: 1. The use of the premises, 2660 Cleveland Avenue, is for a vehicle rental, leasing, and resale business consistentwith Section 1007,03C of the Roseville City Code, with daily operations including, title work, display, leasing, and sales, and rental, accounting, financing, and other business related activities. (Vehicle repair, painting, and/or degreasing shall be prohibited in the building and on the parking lot.)
