2. The total tenant space is composed of an office and vehicle showroom of approximately <br />3,000 sq. ft. <br />3. Up to 10 vehicles may be displayed outdoors for davtime display only on the paved <br />par4�ing lot adj oining the north side of the building. No vehicle display on the front yard <br />or on turfed areas is allowed. <br />4. No overni�ht outdoor storage of vehicles is allowed on the premises. All vehicles must <br />be stored within the building each evening. <br />5. All signage pertaining to this use must meet the requirements of Section 1009 of the <br />Roseville City Code. <br />6. The Interim Use Permit is for a maYimum of three years, terminating on July 31,2007, <br />with an annual review by the Community Development Department. <br />7. Hours of operation are limited to 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and <br />9:00 a.m. to 5;00 p.m. Saturday. <br />8. Prior to occupancy, the space to be leased by the applicant must be inspected by the city <br />fire marshal and building inspector and be brought into life safety�f'ire suppression code <br />compliance for the proposed use. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
